Where do you meet publishers and agents? What are the dos and don'ts of approaching them? How do you select a publisher or agent? What do you send a publisher or an agent? Surprise them: include a marketing plan. Should you self-publish? Prudy has had 28 books published. She'll share the answers to these questions as well as any you have. $25 per person. Instructor: Prudy Taylor Board
Prudy Taylor Board is the author of 28 books including mysteries, horror novels, histories and a how-to. She's edited newspapers, newsletters and magazines. Prudy is also the author of 101 Tips on Writing and Selling your First Novel. In addition, she has taught creative writing for 20-plus years as well as lectured, appeared on panels and conducted writers' workshops throughout the United States and in Canada. Prudy is a freelance writer and editor of newsletters and manuscripts of all genres, both fiction nonfiction.
