REVIEW ~ Waiting ForDad; A Yoga Story for Kids ~ by LAKSHIMI GOSYNE Virtual Book Tour Cafe

5.0 out of 5 stars Yoga, Patience and Children a Natural Mix, September 1, 2013
By Maria Catalina Egan "M.C.V. Egan" (Delray Beach, Florida USA)

This review is from: Waiting for Dad: A Yoga Story for Kids (Kindle Edition)
Waiting for Dad is a very unique book. The combination of photography and illustrations was new to me and I found it a useful way to best convey the two parts of this book that complement each other beautifully.
The story is most relatable. Every parent has a running late day here and there. The message of patience is relatable. The way the author weaves the YOGA poses throughout the story is a great tool to introduce children to what unquestionably will enhance any person's life.
Yoga can teach children to focus, breath and relax, this book conveys it in a fabulous way.
On a personal note, I booked a few Yoga classes after reading the book. I used to attend Yoga regularly and the book reminded me of the many benefits.
